Thinking outside the box is the key to creating a versatile space that can appeal to all buyers

The teams are three-quarters of the way through the season and the exhaustion is real as the contestants tackle a trifecta – office/rumpus and Hallways, known in Block dictionary as Hellway Week. It was a lot!  There were 17 spaces, including the hallways, to be done.

Courtney and Grant continued to use Gyprock Flexible for their stylish curves. A simple motif throughout the home that has created cohesion and elegance.  Gyprock Flexible is a 6.5mm thick plasterboard sheet with an enhanced gypsum core, designed to bend for small radius curves. From concept to creation, designers and installers can create convex curves with a 250mm radius and concave curves with a 450mm radius.

We loved the game-changing separate guest quarters that joint winners Maddy and Charlotte created, a space that was both cosy and practical. Ricky and Haydn also created a stunning area, with a fun games space – a perfect addition to a holiday home. “Genius,” said judge Marty Fox.
